Autumn Cinquain

We were learning how to write a cinquain poem.  We wrote poems to describe Autumn leaves.

It was easy because we wrote word bank together.  It was good to play with the leaves to help us describe

them.

Next we can use our senses to add detail to our other writing.

African Praise Poem

My Reflection

I have been learning to write an African Praise Poem.  I found this piece of work enjoyable because I enjoyed describing myself as an animal.  My next step is to write more poems about myself.
